Workforce Development Conference Exhibitor Registration

Exhibit at the Community Nexus Workforce Development Conference and position your organization as a key driver of economic and workforce innovation in the Hudson Valley. This premier event brings together thought leaders, industry professionals, educators, employers, and community members to address pressing workforce challenges and showcase bold, inclusive solutions.

As an exhibitor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Support workforce initiatives that empower underserved populations

Exhibitor Details:

  • Each exhibitor will receive one table, two chairs, two lunch tickets, and a quarter page ad in the event program

  • Additional lunch tickets may be purchased at 50% of standard cost (a code will be sent after your application is processed)

  • If you have specific setup needs (e.g., electrical outlets), please include those in the form below

  • Exhibitors must complete setup by 8:45 AM and remain onsite until at least 4:45 PM

Contribution:

  • Standard Exhibitor Fee: $200

  • Nonprofit/Community Group Rate: $100

Payment can be made via our website, PayPal, or check. Once your application is received and reviewed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and payment instructions.
